The NightOwls aka Jeff Webb and Mark Beshai hail from Canadian nightlife hotspot Toronto. Founders of Parliament House, a digital label and event company, these two have completely dedicated their lives to house music, techno, and nightlife.

Their bi-weekly syndicated Net/FM radio program Big Hooters can be heard around the world. It consists primarily of pre-release and future club killers. These two love to break new music on the air.

On weekends you can often find them DJing at the club. The pair have shared billings with some of the biggest names in the industry.
