Asim "Awesome" Awan is the founder of Awesome Music. He started the label in 1997, selling vinyl records out of the truck. Today, Awesome Music is distributed by Universal Music Canada and handles some of the top labels and artists including Hardwell, Nicky Romero, and Afrojack. Awesome is also the Co-President of Ultra Music in Canada, the #1 Brand in Electronic Dance Music.
